Olivia Lewis is a data-driven health and humanitarian journalist based in Detroit. She writes about natural disasters and solutions created to support the health and well-being of people across the world. Olivia has worked for and collaborated with nonprofit and for-profit news organizations across the United States to share stories that would otherwise go untold. She has also coordinated public policy research for the philanthropic sector. Olivia earned her bachelor's degree in journalism from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, and her master's degree in public policy from the Ford School at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
